Blaahhh!!!
There was a boy . One of the average Ram , Shyam , Ganesh that you meet every day.
But the difference being he is born in a family of musicians
And by the age of 3 , he is good at singing,
He gets a lucky breakthrough because of his family and gets his first playback opportunity by the age of 6
By 9 , he is a big sensation in the music industry.
And he sees people around him and knows this is where he belongs.
By 12-13, he spends 80% of his day in recordings and rehearsals and stage shows.
He knows nothing but to sing.
He knows he needs to practice hard to get to the next level .
The level where people will no longer recognize him by his family name but his family by his.
And then on his 14th bday , he falls ill. Everybody around him panic.
But the doctor says its just a fever.A fever that would go away.
But he holds back something.. just hoping that it would not come true.
The boy recovers in a few days.
These were the first few days in his life that he didnt sing for an hour atleast
When he recovers, he tries his favourite song.
But he cant recognize his own voice.
He doesnt sound as sweet as before.
Neither can he control his pitch.
His inablity to hit the right notes annoys him.
But he still has hope
He knows how its done.
He keeps at it.
But he just cant do it.
With every failure, he loses hope although he tries to not show it on the outside.
And then he is told by his confidante that he can sing no more.
This is the biggest shock of his life.
A shock so big that leave alone singing , he stammers while he talks
Singing was the only identity he had
Broken and distraught,he flings himself off the roof of his own building
Crashes witth a thud
And his last thought is : "Finally I think I hit the right note"

A few questions
1. Is it necessary to feel small when praising someone else
2. Is it necessary to have an opinion where no-one asks for it
3. Is it necessary to butt in every topic , even if you dont have a remotely similar experience
4. Is it necessary to complain everytime some one asks about your welfare
5. Is it necessary to crib atleast once about every one you know
6 Is it necessary to try and see your part in every success around you
7. Is it necessary to feel bad about others who might have replaced you
8. Is it necessary to feel oppressed about your superiors and angry about your friends
9. Most importantly is it neccessary to crib about yourself at all
