Mobiles !

Me and Mobiles dont seem happy with each other ..
Whenever I buy a mobile ..I think I should have bought the next piece ..But I still try to make the relationship work . But somehow my partners in this relationship dont think so ..
I have had 4 partners till date ..Each one sexier than the one before .

My first love was a 6600 ... Seen her lookalikes with a lot of ppl ... and was crazy about her even before I bought her ...
She stayed with me for a goood 2 years ..
Then one fine day she fell in love with a yellow taxi rooftop and didnt leave him for quite some time ...
I tried searching for her .. for almost 2 days .. But she wouldnt come back ..

The second one was an N-73 ..
Another black beauty ..
She stayed with me for a month or so..
On that fateful Saturday .. I first saw "Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer" ..Then tried to top it with another gem .. Jhoom Barabar Jhoom ... She came out with me during the interval ...but then decided to go with someone else .. That b***d stole her from my side .. How I missed her ...

The third one was the most faithful of the lot ..I saw her one day and got her the next ..
She came with me to Moscow and to Dallas ..
She even survived a 50 feet fall albeit with a plastic surgery and face liftup ..But she survived..
But then one fine day she just passed away ..
I kept looking at her ..but she didnt respond .. I was heartbroken... crestfallen...

Then came the fourth one .. the sleek ..size zero ..wieght zero N-79 ..
She drowned in a bucket of water and didnt survive the attacks after it ..


Now I live with a used 6030 which I hate .. But she doesnt seem to go away .. One day it seems her keys have stopped working ..but the next day she is fit and fine ...
I have no idea how long she will last .. But I think I need to get her a substitute ...
Any suggestions ???

Reservations for the Marathi/Maratha

I recently started reading 'India After Gandhi'.
It speaks about the reservation for SC/ST that are currently prevalent in India.
The claim was that in 1000s of years of oppression the SC/STs have been made so weak that they cant easly mingle with the society .So it was decided that the Government will provide positive preferential treatment in allotment of jobs and access to higher education, as a means to accelerate the integration of the SCs and STs with mainstream society.
So the question that comes to mind is that whether the domicile Maharashtrian (this includes the Lungis , the Pagdis and all the other non "son of the soil" people) is so lame that he cant compete with the Cowherds that he is being protected from .

Was busy with a lot of BS ...
Read this book : Keep Off The Grass
Is a quick read .
Makes you realize a lot of things .
What ,why and how would probably be different for different people ..
But it is this openness that I love about the book.

From then till today

Not much has happened .
Still waiting to get motivated . .
My reach is growing day by day and I rot in office for 12 to 24 hours .
Sarcasm seems to be my first language ..
Is it the effects of life in office or something else I don't know ...
Wonder how long this will continue ...
